Congratulations to Everyone!
WOW! Some participants finished Monday with a perfect score. Others finished missing a few points. Which do you think is more difficult?
Seriously, this is an important question and needs an answer. Is it harder to play with integrity and admit you slipped or is it more difficult to perform perfectly? What do you think? Please comment.
Congratulations to both.
So now, it is day two and the newness is wearing off. Adrenaline is dropping. Plus, we are facing the “Cleanse Days”. How is your commitment?
“There are only two options regarding commitment. You’re either in or out. There is no such thing as in-between.” --- Pat Riley
Already our bodies are experiencing things they have not experienced for a while.
What things, you ask?
Well, honestly, when was the last time you supplied your body with all the components it needs to build healthy cells? Or, when was the last time your body didn't have to spend a large percent of its resources fighting the toxins you introduced, say --- just at lunch? And, when was the last time you gave your body water instead of soda or coffee when it cried, “I am sooo thirsty!”?
Ummm - a month ago? No, longer. A year? Two? Five? With the food available today it is essentially impossible, no matter how well we eat. So, what is your body doing with this special treat?
The body is brilliant. It prioritizes perfectly. It is strengthening organs such as the heart, lungs, kidneys .... you know, pretty essential stuff. It is supporting the liver and beginning to catch up on the cleansing process. It is able to be the miracle. Remember - it is the body that is the miracle - you just provide the essential tools for it to do its "thing" --- or not!
So - keep going. You can do it. If life is causing problems - find a way … anyway. If your mother-in-law (who cooks fabulous Italian food and takes it personally if you don't have 2 helpings) just dropped in for the weekend - find a way … anyway. If your family thinks you are nuts - find a way … anyway. Just find a way and keep going.
To keep things in perspective, take 3 more minutes and watch this video. If you have seen it before, watch it again.
Then find a way.
Find a way - anyway!
Just, find a way
to follow your dreams.
Happy Cleansing!!!

I think both would be hard! And I have to say I think it is amazing all the people who are doing this and working full time. I am home with the kids and that is tricky!
I don't think it is hard to have the integrity to say, oops- I messed up and mark down those penalties, whats hard is admitting it to your team! It gives me more motivation to see those 100% days. I think wow, I could have a little snack, but then I have to mark a penalty- if it was just admitting to myself, no problem- feel bad for a moment, but get over it; however, admitting to my TEAM?! its a whole new game now--- IsaGAME ON!
That is my exact thinking Melisa, I have thought that same thing over the last few days, but I just keep telling myself that I cannot let all these people down and I want to kick some rear!! LOL In the end, I will be a better persn and less likely to want to snack!!
