ISA GAME ON!
We are having fun, we are feeling good, and we are looking even BETTER than we did 1 week ago.
Along with all the fun, I feel that there must be education.
There must be understanding.
There must be a conscious awareness.

I started my professional life in the field of psychotherapy.
I observed the growing trends of increased psychological disturbances among our population, especially significant were those increases in women and children, i.e. depression, personality disorders, learning disabilities, anxiety, .....

I was guided by God toward nutritional research.
The more I read, the more horrified I became.
At the ignorance.
At the reality that I could be living, working, having a family of my own, and be
CLUELESS
to the mind, body, heart, spirit connection - and how it is all founded upon nutrition.
CLUELESS
as to the barriers between our bodies and their inability to get nutrition into them
and the bombarding of toxicity.

Please, just start looking around.
Start listening, to reports about pollution, pesticides, herbicides, growth hormones,
Start reading, about water bottles and baby bottles that are "BPA free," about what's in your water, about where your food comes from,
Then you, too, will see the pieces of the puzzle come together.
You'll see the whole picture.
And then, you'll have to make a decision.
