“You can set yourself up to be sick,

or you can choose to stay well.”

Wayne Dyer

Today's thought really hit home....

I am on day 2 of the back to back cleanse days,

and I did THE dumbest thing:

I allowed myself to be talked into buying the ingredients and making a treat with my kids -

Fudge!

What was I thinking?

Was it some kind of crazy self-inflict?

I didn't even lick my fingers when making it.

I vowed to maintain my

ISA GAME ON INTEGRITY.

But then, when my boys were all in bed,

and my husband was away,

and it was late,

I was tempted like mad!!!

I texted a friend - who is also a true
ISA GAME ON CHAMPION,

and she wisely reminded me that if I DID cave and eat some,

"It's like putting water in your gas tank.

Your body and spirit would feel and behave like that car would drive.

Still sound appetizing?"

I actually thought about it and realized,

"Wow - if I could consistently THINK THROUGH my

cravings to consume

and THINK INTO

the resulting feelings,

I could harness a powerful skill

for self-discipline.

"Sacrifice is putting off what's desired

with wisdom seeing what's acquired."

(I just made that up :)

I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS!

IN THE SPOTLIGHT

NUTRITIONIST JIM RHOADES

“My own personal reason for taking Isagenix products is  knowing that I’m feeding my body the most nutrient- dense food that I  have discovered in all of my research of good foods that are available to anyone.

My two most favorite products are:

1.      The Isalean protein shake, because it is the most complete food of all, containing every nutrient the body needs, and it’s delicious!

     2.      The Cleanse for Life Juice – because I see almost immediate results.

What I see happen with friends who have challenges is that the Cleanse for Life Juice, within just a few short days, can improve their quality of life IMMENSELY – even with just a few ounces a day.

I love ISA GAME ON

I believe it has embodied all 4 of the great pillars of health  -

better than I have ever seen it done in a lecture series!

Health Pillar 1 - Proper nutrition – what one should and shouldn’t eat

Health Pillar 2 - Hydration and exercise

Health Pillar 3 - Proper rest to regenerate

Health Pillar 4 - Stress management - by staying close to your team, checking in with each other daily and encouraging each other, also holding each other
capable & accountable.”

Well Mr. Rhoades – let’s see what
YOUR ISA GAME ON
TEAM CAN DO!
