Transcend the Cleanse

Remember, this is bigger than you?

 Cleansing your body literally activates the motion of

CLEANSING YOUR LIFE!

For example:

Many people experience "cleansing dreams."

This is where they dream of something that replays an experience from their past,

often something painful or related to a long-held negative belief or fear.

Others feel compelled to de-clutter their environment, and begin to sift through and toss out clothes, toys, clutter everywhere.

Some begin to weed through friends and contacts on their phone, email and facebook lists, reserving only those who truly uplift them.

These "cleansing actions" are not a coincidence.

Your Mind, Body, Heart & Spirit are all connected.

When you cleanse one area, you cleanse them all.

IF

YOU'RE LIVING MINDFULLY, THAT IS.

Some people will wonder what in the world I'm talking about.
What's "mindfully living?"

They are the "busy people."

They run from errand to errand

Always mentally engaged in what
just happened

or what's about to happen.

They jumped into this cleansing game because it showed up on their doorstep.

And they'll fall out of it just as quickly when it's over.

Little will have changed

except maybe some numbers on the scale.

And that's okay. For them.

For those who would like this experience to be a 

TUTORIAL

rather than just a 

TRIAL,

an experience that evokes lasting change and holds significant impact...

I give you an assignment for today:

PRACTICE MINDFULNESS.

DRINK A SHAKE TODAY, 
MINDFULLY.
Apply mindfulness in another moment of your day as well.
